Vi som anordnar Ladyfest i Göteborg är en arrangörsgrupp som vill jobba för ett mer jämställt kulturliv. Detta gör vi genom att agera istället för att gnälla!

"Ladyfest Malmö is a culture festival with the aim of celebrating female artists. Even though Ladyfest features and is organised by women, everyone is welcome to join the party that will take place on 11 Nov 2006 in Malmö. The first Ladyfest took place in Olympia, six years ago. For more info, check out the official Ladyfest site. The first Ladyfest Malmö took place on May 1st, 2004 in central Malmö. It was a great success, with roughly 700 visitors.

Ladyfest is a community based, non-profit, political, music and arts festival for everyone supportive of gender equality. Ladyfest Amsterdam aims to inspire and arouse feminists in addition to those who are curious about feminism.

In addition to readings/lectures, workshops and parties, Ladyfest features: music, sound, film, dance, theatre, visual art, performance, media, literature, food, and fashion. We focus especially - but not exclusively - on the achievements of creative women.

LadyFest Atlantic provides a venue for women artists to address and counter the obstacles and discrimination that women face including sexism, homophobia, and racism.

LadyFest Atlantic is a not-for-profit, volunteer driven, primarily woman-organised, D.I.Y, grassroots music and arts showcase that is open to everyone, regardless of sex/gender identification.
