side-glance was a blog run by Melanie, a computer engineering student, dealing with feminism and IT/technics, women in computing, women in technology/engineering, stereotypes, sexism, gender and net culture, net feminism, geek culture, etc. Melanie also wrote a guest blog for the German Missy Magazine (in Oct/Nov. 2011) and in July 2012 started together with some other activists the German geek feminist blog Femgeeks.
