The Feminist Media Project was started by a group of concerned academics and journalists focused on a feminist intervention in media depictions of missing and murdered women, and the related trial of Robert Pickton in Vancouver, British Columbia, for 26 charges of first-degree murder in the slayings of women.

The network womeninmuseum is a loose union of Women’s Museums, initiatives and museums dedicated to women.

The museum of women's history and history of women's and gender movement is the first and only one in Ukraine. The goal of its informational and educational activities is to attract attention of broad sections of the public to women's and gender problems; to facilitate the strengthening of cultural connections between Ukraine and other countries and the consolidation of an international women's movement.

The symposium is collaboration between The Women’s Art Library and BAG Women (Brixton Art Gallery women artists group) to coincide with Brixton Calling! exhibition at 198 Contemporary Arts and Learning (28 October – 21 December 2012).

Women Artists, Feminism in the 80s and Now is a cross generational symposium that examines the legacy of UK 80s women artists and feminists in the light of current feminist practice and thinking.

2005 von der Künstlerin Carla Cruz initiiert, problematisiert AMIW Genderkonstruktionen und Machtverhältnisse in der Kunst. Es positioniert sich als feministische politische Plattform und verweigert sich dem Wunsch nach Zugehörigkeit zur diskriminierenden Kunstwelt. So erprobt es andere Wege der Darstellung von hu’wo’man Kunstproduktionen.

From October 28 to 30, 2011, at the Askatasuna occupied social center in Torino, you may join the Feminist Blog Camp. We are going to spend three days together, sharing our knowledge, attending workshops, shows, debates, music and art performances, readings, culture and IT in-deep examinations, open discussions on desire and sexuality, temporary employment, migrants and a lot of other topics. This meeting is entirely self promoted and managed.
