"Set up in Oct.Nov '77/8 [?] - to act as newsletter for ROW (Rights of women) members, forum for discussion on women and the law. Bi-monthly publication, circulation 4-500 copies. Sold via subs, at meetings, to all ROW members incl. men. Subs plus occassional fund raising pay for the n/l. About 4-5 women work on the Bulletin, and one of them is a paid 4 day week worker. The N/L is interested in dealing with the intersection of feminism and legal concerns. Most of the content is supplied by ROW workers, and occasionally they pick out buts of news about legal cases etc. ROW is a resource group for local groups and national organisations in the WLM. Still a new publiation and are sorting out the direction etc of the Bulletin."
